SMS Communications Policy

By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Phoenix ProTech Data Solutions LLC concerning customer service, order updates, appointment reminders, project updates, account notifications, and other business-related communications. This aligns with our commitment to ensuring customer privacy in all SMS communications.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us.

Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier's plan.

How to Opt In

Customers may opt in to receive text messages by:

- Providing their mobile phone number through our website, contact form, or customer intake process.

- Requesting SMS communications during a phone call or in-person interaction.

- Providing written or electronic consent to receive text messages.

It is important to note that SMS consent is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.
